1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CyberSec Review ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
CyberSec Review provides a security monitoring and employee awareness platform that aggregates security events from connected systems, correlates and classifies incidents, and delivers notifications and reports to security teams and employees.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Data Processing
You retain ownership of all security event data and employee directory data processed through the Service. We process this data solely to provide the Service as described. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for customers who require one.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
- Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to process
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 14-day grace period.
7. Service Level Agreement
For Professional and Enterprise plans, we commit to 99.9% uptime for the event processing and notification delivery pipeline. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSec Review shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access ceases and data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time during the notice period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
